摘　　要：通过对转型期我国体育公共服务的内涵进行分析,认为我国体育公共服务具有公益性和经营性双重功能,兼有生产性和消费性双重属性,同时具有多样性、层次性、区域性等特性。并以此为基础对我国体育公共服务进行分类,力求使各种类型的体育公共服务的分布达到优化,对体育公共服务管理部门设置、有效提供、制度安排以及绩效评价等起到指导作用。Through analyzing the connotation of Chinese sports public service in the period of transformation,this paper believes that Chinese sports public service has dual functions of public welfare and profit making and dual attributes of production and consumption as well as features of diversity,stratification,and regionalism.Meanwhile Chinese sports public service is classified for the optimization of each type and guidance to the layout,effective providance and assessment of administrative departments of sports public service.
