摘  要:采用艾立尔系统和三维DLT法,对竞技健美操中的"托马斯"全旋进行运动学分析,获得健美操运动员完成该动作的运动生物力学参数,明确该难度动作的技术结构、特征。结果发现在完成动作时,质心高度先上升后下降,在双手后支撑初期达到最高;分腿角度在双手后支撑阶段最大;完成动作的能量主要来自双手支撑阶段的力量;单手支撑的时间明显长于双手支撑。Through APAS system and three-dimensional DLT,this paper conducts a sports biomechanical analysis of Thomas Circle in competitive aerobic gymnastics to obtain sports biomechanical parameters of talent aerobic gymnastic athletes in completing the movee and analyze the technical structure and feature of Thomas Circle.This paper finds in completing the move,the body center increases first and then decreases and reaches the highest point in the early period of both hands support;the sub-leg angel is biggest in the final period of both hands support,the energy to complete the move comes mainly from the power of both hands support phase and the time of one hand support is significantly longer than that of both hands support.
