摘 要:回热器已在R744系统中广泛使用,但是目前业界对HCFC134a系统所使用的回热器研究并不充分。利用空调系统台架试验以及EES编程的仿真模拟,考察了不同工况下肋片数及内部分配方式对回热器换热性能的影响,建立的模型仿真结果与试验结果误差在±10%以内。研究结果表明,液内气外型回热器对肋片数量变化较为敏感。当肋片数从3增加到7时,液外气内型回热器的换热量增加了约14%,而液内气外型回热器的换热量增加了约50%。在相同气液分配体积的情况下,液外气内分配方式较液内气外分配方式的回热器换热量大了约4%~7%。Internal heat exchangers (IHXs) have been widely used in R744 systems, but little information has been published concerning the performance of IHXs in HCFC134a systems.In this study, the influences of fin number and inside distribution way on heat transfer performance of IHXs were investigated by both experiment and simulation.The simulation model developed has a good agreement with the experimental results with the error within ±10%.The results show that the liquid inside structure is more sensitive to fin number than the suction inside structure.When fin number increases from 3 to 7, the capacity of suction inside structure increases by about 14% while that of liquid inside structure increases by about 50%.When the volume distributions of the two structures are the same, the capacity of the suction inside structure is 4%-7% larger than that of the liquid inside structure.
