摘  要:对灯盏花素注射液处方进行优化,以获得稳定性和澄明度良好注射液.采用单因素考察方法,以注射液外观性状、含量和澄明度等为考察指标,对药液pH值、助溶剂和抗氧化剂进行了考察和优化.结果表明,以Na2HPO4为助溶剂、EDTA-2Na和NaHSO3为抗氧剂、药液pH值约6.8,制得的注射液外观颜色为浅黄色、含量高和澄明度好.研究说明,根据筛选和优化的处方工艺制得的注射液质量较好.The prescription of breviscapine injection was optimzed to obtain good stability and clarity.This study investigated the effect of several formulation parameters such as pH value,co-solvent and antioxidants on the appearance of characters,content and clarity of the injection using the single-factor approach.The results showed that the optimized formulation was obtained using,Na2HPO4 for the co-solvent and EDTA-2Na together with NaHSO3 as the antioxidant,and pH value approximate to 6.8.With the above formulation the injection was obtained with light yellow color,high clarity and good stability.According to the screening and optimization,of the prescription process,the quality of the injection prescription was improved.
