厚朴活性部位镇痛研究

摘　　要：采用热板法、甩尾法、扭体法对厚朴各活性部位进行镇痛活性研究.实验结果显示:热板法试验与甩尾法试验各剂量组均未显示出明显的镇痛效应,扭体法试验中小剂量组与空白对照组比较能明显减少小鼠的扭体次数.可推断厚朴的镇痛机制主要为外周镇痛而非中枢镇痛.The hot-plate model,the tail-flicking model and the acetic acid writhing test were adopted in the experiment to study the active constituents of Cortex Magnoliae officinalis for analgesic effects.In the mice administered with median or low dose of drug,the writhing number was markedly reduced.While,the pain threshold was not prolonged in the hot-plate and tail-flick model in any doses in mice.The analgesic effects of the active constituents of Cortex Magnoliae officinalis might be related to the peripheral nerve system,but not to the central nervous system.
