摘　　要：根据半导体二极管负载的特性,设计了30A/20V开关型稳流电源变换桥的直通保护、过电流保护、过电压保护以及防开关抖动引起电流过冲等的保护电路,分析了电路工作原理.实际应用表明:这些保护措施起到了防止过流、过压以及抑制尖峰电流的作用,能有效地保护电源和LED负载,延长其使用寿命.According to the load characteristics of semiconductor diode in the design for 30A/20V switching steady current power supply,we designed some practical protection circuits and analyzed their working principle including protection of direct connection,over-current,current overshoot,over-voltage and switch jitter,etc.Actual application proved that these protective measures can restrain over-current and over-voltage,inhibit peak current,and also protect power supply and LED load effectively.
