摘 要:采用丁酮、3-戊酮、乙炔等为主要原料,氢氧化钾为催化剂,在不同的反应溶剂下合成出了两种叔炔醇MP和EP。用FT-IR和1HNMR鉴定了产物的结构;采用15%的盐酸为腐蚀剂、N80钢为腐蚀件,研究了80℃下MP和EP作为缓蚀剂的效果,并考察了反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间对该炔化反应的影响。结果表明,加入0.1%的MP或者EP的缓蚀剂效果最佳,采用异丙醚作为溶剂、酮与催化剂用量比为1:3、温度为0-5℃、反应时间3h为炔化反应的最佳条件。Two alkynol products were synthesized from butanone, 3-pentanone, acetylene as well as potassium hydroxide and different reagent being catalyst and solvent respectively. The structures of the products were characterized by IR and 1H NMR. The corrosion inhibitory property of alkynol was reseached with 15% hydrochloric acid being corrosive and N80 iron used as trial target.The temperature ,catalyst, solvent and time effect on reaction were investigated. The result show 0.1%EP or MP can increase of efficiency of corrosion inhibitory greatly, the best proportion of catalyst to ketone was 3:1, diisopropyl ether is the best one in all solvents,0-5"C and 3h reactive time are helpful conditions as well.
