唐山城乡部分中学生营养状况分析

摘　　要：为了解唐山地区城乡中学生的营养状况,以为制定相应的健康教育计划提供科学依据。按《学校卫生工作技术规范操作程序》要求,随机抽取唐山地区两所中学14-17岁共2204名学生测量身高、体重,采用"1995年全国学生7-22岁身高标准体重值"确定学生营养状况。结果表明唐山城乡中学生营养不良检出率均低于全国平均水平,女生营养不良率显著高于男生(P<0.01);营养过剩率均高于全国平均水平,且城市高于乡村(P<0.01),男生高于女生(P<0.01)。城乡间的营养不良检出率无显著差异(p>0.05)。To know nutritional status of middle school students in Tangshan and to guide the work of the middle school students＂ nutrition and health, the height and weight of random drawing 2204 students in 2 middle schools in Tangshan area were measured according to the school sanitation work skills and standardize procedures. ＂The standard weight value of the students of 7-22 years old in 1995＂ was adopted to determine the nutritional situation. The Results show that the malnutrition detection rate of middle school students was lower than the national mean level in Tangshan. The girls malnutrition detection rate were more obvious than boys （P〈0.01）, over nutrition detection rate above the national average, and higher city than rural, boys than girls （P〈0.01）.
