摘　　要：在介绍梳棉机的“间歇式”吸落棉工艺的基础上，针对某厂Ａ１８６ＣＤ型２１台一组的梳棉机组，用８０３１单片机构成了一套高效节能的可编程滤尘控制系统。This paper introduces a technology process of the intermittence absorption of refuse cotton.After analysing 21 sets of Type A186CD carding machine in a factory,we design a efficient energy saving dust filtering refuse control system with a micro controller composed of a single chip computer.A hardware block diagram and a software flow chart are given. [
