摘　　要：为了适应未来国民经济持续发展的需要，进一步发展完善我国资本市场对深化银行体系及投融资体制改革，促进对外开放有重大意义。通过对国外资本市场发展过程的考察，结合对我国国情的分析，我们认为，在未来几年里发展完善我国资本市场的思路应该是搞好基础证券市场和证券流通市场的建设。In order to meet the need of continuous development of national ecommcy and promote foreign blossom in our country in future,it is very important to reform bank system and investment and financial system Through the observation of capital market development procedure in foreign advanced countries,and combined with the analysis of our country it is considered to be key point for further development of the national capital market in next few years that the fundamental security market and security circulation market should be improved
