摘　　要：论证了傅里叶变换法求解位相的可行性和高精度性。It is proved by computer simulation that Fourier transform evalution of moire fringe phase is correct and reliable method.Using this method and moire deflectometry,high-precision and automatic measurement for the 3-D field will be accomplished.
