摘 要:石灰石或石灰湿法烟气脱硫(WFGD)在中试湿壁吸收塔中被实验研究。实验结果表明,石灰比石灰石有更强的脱硫反应活性。石灰工艺的L/G比可以比石灰石的控制得低些,适合的pH值操作范围分别是55~62和50~55。以中试湿壁塔为原型的石灰石WFGD模型预测的沿塔脱硫率和浆液pH值的变化、L/G比和pH值对脱硫率的影响能较好地与实验数据吻合。石灰石WFGD强制氧化工艺比自然氧化工艺具有更高的脱硫率。强制氧化的副产物97%以上为石膏,其颗粒的名义直径为32μm,而自然氧化的副产物主要是亚硫酸氢钙和10%以下的石膏。Limestone or lime wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) was investigated in a pilot scale wetted wall column.The experimental results show that the lime process has higher removal efficiency of SO 2 than the limestone process.The lime process can be operated at a lower L/G ratio than the limestone process.The suitable operating ranges of pH for lime and limestone are 5 5~6.2 and 5.0~5.5,respectively. The limestone WFGD model,based on the pilot scale wetted wall column,was verified with experiments.The model predictions are in good agreement with the experimental data such as the degree of desulfurization and slurry pH profile along the column,and the effects of L/G ratio and pH value on SO 2 removal.The forced oxidation mode of limestone WFGD has higher removal efficiency of SO 2 than the natural oxidation mode.The by product from the forced oxidation is gypsum that contains above 97% CaSO 4·2H 2O.The mean diameter of gypsum crystals is 32μm.The by product from the natural oxidation is a mixture of calcium bisulfite and below 10% gypsum which has the mean diameter of 2.1μm.
