摘　　要：对秭归县Ⅶ计免项目实施效果进行评价,以期对湖北省Ⅶ计免项目提供比较和分析范例。通过秭归县卫Ⅶ项目计划免疫子项目实施前、实施中以及结束后的财政投入、人员素质、冷链设备与器材和相关健康指标的变化,评价秭归县卫Ⅶ计免项目的实施效果,分析存在的问题。Purpose In this paper,Zigui Ⅶ immunization project to evaluate the effect of a view on immunization projects in Hubei Ⅶ comparison and analysis of examples.Method：Zigui County Health Ⅶ by sub project implementation of immunization before and after im-plementation of financial investment,personnel quality,cold-chain equipment and apparatus,and associated health indicators to assess.Result：Summary Zigui Health Ⅶ immunization implementation of the project results,Analysis of problems.
