摘　　要：针对ＯＤＳＳ信息支持基础结构的设计问题，构造了一种适用于一类大型组织的组织信息处理结构分层嵌套模型．模型从权威层系的角度出发，使不同粒度下的组织单元集合组成一个半序空间，对其中组织单元间的信息沟通关系的性质进行了讨论；以此为基础，分析了组织中信息流驱动机制及信息共享控制机制．最后提出了支持组织单元间信息沟通关系的ＯＤＳＳ信息支持基础结构设计策略，并结合实例进行了说明．In order to build the information support infrastructure of ODSS, a Hierarchical Nested Information Processing Structure Model of Organization is proposed which describes the information processes in a kind of great scale organizations. This model organizes the sets of organization units into a semi order space from the view of authority hierarchies. The communication relationships between organization units are divided into “formal information channels”, “information sharing communities”, “informal communication” and other types, and their characteristics are studied in different levels of organization units space. The driven mechanism of the organizational information flow and the control structure of information sharing are also analyzed. A design strategy aimed at supporting these organizational information relationships is given and illustrated by a realized project.
