摘 要:利用酒厂酿酒残液为主要原料,加入一定的轻柴油、有机酸,制备了性能优良的复合煤泥浮选剂.研究了复合煤泥浮选剂的制备工艺条件对浮选剂浮选性能的影响.结果表明,复合煤泥浮选剂制备的适宜条件为:轻柴油用量为酿酒残液质量6%,有机酸用量为酿酒残液质量2%,轻柴油和有机酸的加热温度为80℃,轻柴油、有机酸与酿酒残液在常温下的反应时间为60min.采用该种浮选剂用于煤泥的浮选试验,该种浮选剂不仅浮选效果好,对不同煤质的适应性强,而且成本低廉.By using waste liquid from winery as main material, adding some light diesel oil and some organic acid, a good quality compound flotation agent for coal slurry was prepared. Effects of process conditions for preparing compound flotation agent for coal slurry on its flotation property were studied. The appropriate process conditions for preparing compound flotation agent for coal slurry were as follows: added amounts of light diesel oil was 6% waste liquid from winery mass; added amounts of organic acid was 2% waste liquid from winery mass, heating temperature of light diesel oil and organic acid was 80 ℃, reaction time light diesel oil, organic acid and waste liquid from winery at normal temperature was 60 min. The compound flotation agent for coal slurry was applied to the flotation test for coal slurry, the results showed that this flotation agent had not only good effect and low cost, but also wide adaptation ability for various coals.
