摘 要:目的探讨骨髓查找寄生虫与病原菌在不明原因发热(FUO)患者诊断中的意义。方法对160例FUO患者骨髓片与临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 160例FUO患者骨髓片中找到寄生虫或病原菌13例(8.1%),其中马尔尼菲青霉菌感染7例(4.4%),黑热病原虫感染2例(1.3%),疟原虫感染4例(2.5%)。结论仔细查找骨髓片中寄生虫及病原菌对FUO患者疾病的诊断起重要作用。OBJECTIVE To assess the value of searching for parasites and pathogenic bacteria in bone marrow examination of patients with FUO.METHODS The smears of bone marrow and the clinical data obtained from 160 patients with FUO were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS Of the 160 patients with FUO,parasites and pathogenic bacteria were found in13 cases(8.1%),including 7 patients with penicilliosismarnefei(4.4%),2 with Leishmania(1.3%),and 4 with malarial parasite(2.5%).CONCLUSIONS Carefully searching for parasites and pathogenic bacteria in bone marrow play an important role in the diagnosis of patients with FUO.
