摘 要:以莲叶海棠幼叶为材料,材料经表面消毒接种于诱导培养基上,27d左右外植体表面出现不定芽.经继代培养可获大量不定芽.不定芽在壮苗培养基上培养45d转至生根培养基中,40d后长出完整根系.再生植株炼苗后转移至砂基中进行培养,移栽成活率为90%.The young leaves of Begonia feastii were used as explant material and cultured on the inducing media. The results show that a number of adventitous shoots grew on the surface of explant after 27 days. Many adventitious shoots were acquired through proliferating culture. After they has grown on nutritious media for 45 days, they were transferred on the inducing root media. After 40 days, every shoot outgrew a number of roots and developed into a whole plantlet. The regeneration plantlet were replanted in sand, about 90 percent of the plantlets survived.
