摘  要:以TMV感病烟草品种NC89(Nicotiana tabacum cv.NC89)为材料,研究β-氨基丁酸(BABA)喷叶处理对感病烟叶片活性氧形成及相关酶活性的影响。结果表明,5mmol/L BABA处理感病烟能诱导叶片H2O2迸发,迸发高峰出现在处理后24h,并且在处理48h后会诱导叶片产生枯斑。BABA处理能显著提高叶片过氧化物酶活性,但对过氧化氢酶活性有一定抑制作用。讨论了BABA诱导活性氧迸发及相关酶活性的变化与其诱导感病烟抗TMV的关系。The generation of active oxygen species and the activities of peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) in Nicotiana tabacum cv. NC89 susceptible to tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) after β-aminobutyric acid (BABA) treatment were surveyed. The foliar application of 5mmol/L BABA induced a H2O2 burst in leaves 24h after treatment and resultet in the formation of necrotic lesions on treated leaves 48h after treatment. BABA treatment markedly increased POD activity, and partially inhibited CAT activity. It was suggested that the oxidative burst and changes of POD and CAT activity induced by BABA may play a role in resistance of susceptible tobacco to TMV.
