摘 要:草莓炭疽病近年来越来越严重,尤其在高温育苗阶段。为了减少该病害的危害,搞清楚其致病菌就显得尤为重要。试验利用PCR扩增真菌保守的ITS序列,确定其分类地位,避免了传统分类方法的繁琐、耗时和结果的不稳定性。结果表明,所收集的7个菌株中有6株为胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides),仅1株为尖孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum acutatum)。Strawberry anthracnose is more and more serious in recent years, especially in the high-temperature propagation stage. In order to reduce threaten of this disease, it is important to understand the characteristic of the pathogen. With the rapid development of molecular biology, the taxonomic status was determined by PCR techniques which amplify the fungal ITS conservative sequences, avoiding tedious, time-consuming and unstable the traditional classification. The results showed that six strains were attributed to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, only one strain was classified as Colletotrichum acutatum.
