摘  要:采用标准地法对不同植物配置模式的厚朴(Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils)群落生物多样性进行了研究,结果显示,恩施产区的厚朴为人工栽培群落,主栽树种厚朴的重要值为70.4333,在数量上占绝对优势。厚朴与林木混交栽培模式的生物多样性指数和物种丰富度指数显著高于其他几种配置模式。同时对不同栽培模式下害虫的发生量进行了调查,结果发现,"厚-林配置"的主要害虫有虫株率仅为10.34%,而纯林害虫的发生量最大,表明"厚-林模式"是一种较为理想的配置。采用该模式发展厚朴和对现有厚朴纯林加以林分改造,是提高生物多样性和控制厚朴害虫发生最有效的生态措施。By means of the standard sample plot method, the biodiversity of Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils. community under different cultivation patterns was studied. The results showed that M. officinalis in Enshi was artificial cultivated. As the major species, the importance value of M. officinalis was 70.433 3, which was dominant in numbers. The biodiversity and species abundance index of mix mode of M. officinalis and forest trees were significantly greater than other modes. Through the investigation of the pests quantity under different cultivation patterns, we concluded that "M. officinalis. / forest trees mode" had the smallest quantity while "pure forest mode" had the largest. The results indicated that the former mode was more ideal. Using this mode to develop M. officinalis and rebuild the existed M. officinalis pure forests was the most effective measure to improve the biodiversity and control the occurrence of pests.
