摘 要:目的了解医院感染基本情况与相关因素,以完善医院感染发病率监测方法与医院感染控制措施。方法以医院感染专职人员为主,临床科室监控小组人员配合,调查当日所有住院患儿,填写统一的现患率调查表,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果调查住院患儿552例,实查率为100.0%,医院感染率为5.1%,医院感染部位以呼吸道为首位,抗菌药物使用率为77.7%。结论医院感染监控应从感染多发科室、感染部位、易感因素、临床标本送检、合理使用抗菌药物等多方面制定对策,才能有效降低医院感染的发生。OBJECTIVE To study the basic information about nosocomial infection and related factors in order to improve the nosocomial infection incidence surveillance methods and its control measures. METHODS All the hospitalized children on that day were investigated by full-time officer for nosocomial infection rate and by the teamwork of monitoring staff in clinical departments. The prevalence survey forms were filled, and the survey results were analyzed. RESULTS Totally 552 cases of hospitalized children were investigated with the actual test rate of 100.0%, The prevalence rate was 5. 1%, respiratory tract was the first site to cause infection, and the antimicrobial drug use rate was 77.7%. CONCLUSION The countermeasures to nosocomial infection should be set down on the bases of multiple sections, the infected site, risk factors, clinical specimens submitted, rational use of antibiotics and other aspects, so as to effectively reduce the occurrence of the nosocomial infection.
