超微软酸化水在手消毒方面的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超微软酸化水(OSG)对医务人员手消毒的效果。方法参照卫生部有关消毒技术方法,对医务人员进行OSG流水冲洗153、0 s以及喷雾后揉搓306、0 s各30名进行手消毒临床试验。结果上述4种消毒方法的自然菌杀灭对数均值分别为0.85、1.52、0.99、1.06;流水冲洗30 s、喷雾揉搓60 s杀灭率均>90%;流水冲洗30 s组与其余3组的杀灭率比较P<0.01,流水30 s组的杀灭率高于其他3组。结论流水冲洗30 s、喷雾揉搓60 s手消毒效果达卫生手要求,且流水冲洗30 s杀灭效果更有效。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of OSG on medical staff＇s hand disinfection. METHODS The hand disinfection of medical staff washing hand with OSG under running water 15 seconds or 30 seconds and rub 30 seconds or 60 seconds after spray OSG were conducted. 30 cases in each group were included. RESULTS The mean logarithm of killed natural bacteria of above method was 0.85,1.52,0.99 and 1.06. The kill rates in group running water 30 seconds and rub 60 seconds after spray were over 90%. The kill rate in group running water 30 seconds compared with the other groupswas the highest （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION Washing hands under running water 30 seconds and rub 60 seconds after spray can approach the standard of hand hygiene, the kill rate in group running water 30seconds is higher.
