摘　　要：目的总结医院感染信息化建设,提高医院感染管理水平。方法与军队医院"军卫1号"和医院PECE、HIS、RIS等各种信息系统相连接,分别建立了医院感染疾病监测、消毒灭菌及各项卫生学监测、抗菌药物使用监测、细菌耐药监测、医院感染质量管理等信息系统和医院感染管理网站。结果全面开展了医院感染管理相关的前瞻性的监测,可实时和每月进行数据的统计分析、上报、反馈,并做到管理信息公开和共享,提高了医院感染管理水平,各部门齐抓共管,收到良好的效果。结论实践证明,医院感染管理信息化是医院感染管理深入发展的必然趋势。OBJECTIVE To summarize the experiences from the application of information technology to nosocomial infection management, to improve the nosocomial infection management level. METHODS Connected with No. 1 Military Medical Project with PECE, HIS and RIS respectively, the nosocomial infection monitoring system, disinfection and sterilization system, hygiene system, antibiotic surveillance system, drug-resistant bacteria monitoring system, quality control system of nosocomial infection and the website of nosocomial infection management were established. RESULTS The prospective surveillance of nosocomial infection management was developed comprehensively. The statistics result was analyzed monthly or at any moment and reported openly for sharing and the level of hospital infection management was improved. With the effort of every department, a good result was achieved. CONCLUSION The practice confirms that the application of information technology to nosocomial infection management is a certain trend for further development of nosocomial infection management.
