摘　　要：工业化中后期"发展陷阱"的各种弊病严重地在中国城市化进程中凸显了出来。选择一批二线城市群建立起有带动力和影响力的"后工业化经济试验区",不仅有利于压缩中国在"工业化中后期"的停留时间,而且对摆脱已现端倪的"发展陷阱",并规避其诸多弊端有着显著的作用。本文认为,中国的大型、特大型城市目前不宜作为"后工业化经济试验区"试点的选址,而中国的二线城市群也必须在满足了与后工业化社会相适应的指标后方可进入备选方案之中。本文指出:"后工业化经济试验区"试点既是对现有工业化、城市化进程加速后各种弊端的一种反思,亦是有针对性地对中国未来的城市及产业结构进行一种前瞻性的布局,如试验成功,则表明:中国的工业化与后工业化可以成为一条并行不悖的、超常规融合式发展的新路径。The evils of later industrialization period ＂trap＂ stood out variously to urbanization process in China. Choosing some second-line urban agglomeration to establish ＂the economic pilot district of post- industrialization＂ which has leading and influencing characteristics, is not only in favour of compressing the time of ＂later industrialization period＂ in China, and is under way to get rid of the defects which happened in ＂developmental trap＂. This paper thinks that China＇s large and super large cities can＇t choose to be the tested area of ＂the economic pilot district of post-industrialization＂, and China＇s second-line urban agglomeration can choose to be the tested area blue print which must be adapted to the accessibility index options of the post- industrial society. This paper consider that： ＂the economic pilot district of post-industrialization＂ is to rethink profoundly the evils happened in current accelerating process of industrialization and urbanization, and also be layout of a prospective trials for China＇s future cities and industrial structure, if testing successfully, we could find that China＇s industrialization and post-industrialization process can become a new path of parallel and supernormal integration.
