摘 要:为了研究枯草芽孢杆菌对草鱼生长性能的影响,选取初均重(69.51±6.29)g的草鱼240尾,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复16尾鱼,分别饲喂基础饲料添加0、1000、1500、2000mg/kg和2500mg/kg枯草芽孢杆菌的试验饲料,经过70d的池塘网箱养殖试验,结果显示:(1)添加枯草芽孢杆菌能够提高草鱼的特定生长率(SGR),降低饲料系数(FCR),其中2000mg/kg组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);(2)各试验组肠道皱襞高度均高于对照组,其中1500mg/kg和2500mg/kg组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);肠道微绒毛高度基本高于对照组,其中1000mg/kg和2500mg/kg组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),微绒毛宽度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),微绒毛密度均高于对照组(P>0.05)。以上结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌能够通过改善草鱼肠道黏膜形态,促进草鱼对饲料的吸收利用,从而促进草鱼生长。The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of Bacillus subtilis on growth performance of grass carp.240 grass carp with an average body weight of (69.51±6.29)g were randomly allocated into 5 groups with 3 replicates of 16 fishes.The control group was fed with the basal diet,while trial groups were fed with the basal diet added with 1000,1500,2000 mg/kg and 2500 mg/kg Bacillus subtilis respectively.The experiment lasted for ?0 days.The results showed that: (1)compared with the control group, specific growth rate (SGR)and feed conversion ratio (FCR)were improved by adding different quantities of Bacillus subtilis ,and the group of 2000 mg/kg was increased significantly (P 〈 0.05).(2) The intestinal foldings were higher than that of the control group, and group 1500 mg/kg and 2500 mg/kg were significantly higher.And the height of intestinal microvii1 of the group of 1000 mg/kg and 2500 mg/kg were improved significantly (P 〈 0.05).The width of microvill were improved significantly(P 〈 0.05 ), and the density of microvill were improved(P 〉 0.05). In conclusion,Bacillus subtilis could improve the growth performance by improving the intestinal mucosal morphology and promoting absorption and utilization of grass carp.
