摘  要:高压喷雾装置因体积庞大、使用不便、成本较高、易于损坏、使用效果不佳等现状,而使其现场应用受到许多限制,针对这些弊端,研制了新型综采面高压过滤外喷雾系统。该系统包含增压水泵、水质过滤系统、减压阀、采煤机机载高压喷雾装置。通过实验室实验,获得了该系统适合综采面的工作参数,并根据此类参数,选择合适的工作面进行现场试验,测得采煤司机下风侧10m处总尘除尘效率达98%;采煤司机下风侧10m处呼吸性粉尘降尘效率达75%,通过对安装此系统前后除尘效率对比发现,除尘效果显著,说明该系统可有效抑制粉尘浓度,可明显改善井下工作面卫生条件和采煤机的运行环境,值得推广。Due to the large volume,inconvenient application,easy failure,less good application results and other status,the site application of the high pressurized water spraying device would have many restrictions.According to the disadvantages,a new high pressurized filtration and water spraying device was developed for the fully mechanized coal mining face.With the experiments conducted in the lab,the working parameters of the system suitable to the fully mechanized coal mining face were obtained.And according to the parameters,a suitable coal mining face was selected for the site trial.The total dust control rate at the 10 meter down air point far from the coal shearer driver was reached up to 98 % and the respirable dust control rate at the 10 meter down air point far from the coal shearer driver was reached up to 75 %.In a comparison with the dust control rates before and after the system installed,the obvious dust control results could showed that the system could be efficiently to restrain the dust density and could be obviously to improve the health conditions of the coal mining face and the operation environment of the coal shearer in the underground mine.The system is valuable to be promoted for the application.
