无张力阴道吊带术治疗女性压力性尿失禁

摘　　要：目的探讨无张力阴道吊带术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效性。方法回顾性分析100例压力性尿失禁患者采用吊带系统进行无张力尿道中段吊带术治疗的临床疗效及并发症。结果全部患者接受无张力尿道中段吊带术平均手术时间26min,平均出血量15ml,术后随访2-24个月,排尿功能恢复良好;1例发生排尿困难,经持续导尿及药物治疗后恢复正常,1例自觉耻骨后轻度不适。术后2例因并发症或效果不好行吊带松解术、残端脱垂盆底修补术。结论无张力阴道吊带术具有易操作、微创、恢复快、疗效好等特点,是治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效方法。Objective To study the effect of tension-free vaginal tape（TVT） procedure on stress urinary incontinence （SUI） in females. Methods Therapeutic effects of TVT procedure on SUI in 100 females and its complications were retrospectively analyzed. Results The mean operation time was 26min and the mean blood loss was 15ml. The patients were followed up for 2-24 months, during which their urinary function was recovered quite well. Of the patients, 1 had dysuria which was cured after urethral catheterization and drug treatment, 1 complained about mild retropubic discomfort, and 2 underwent sling lysis or repair of short residual prolapse of pelvic floor due to complications or unsatisfactory outcome of TVT procedure. Conclusion TVT procedure is a safe, simple, minimally invasive and effective surgical procedure for SUI in females.
