摘　　要：体育管理体制是体育的管理机构设置和权力划分的制度。我国传统体育管理体制是历史的选择,它在机构设置上存在"体制性的管理缺位"、权力划分上存在权力高度集中于政府、管理上则又造成了"体制缺位性管理"的诸多现象。体育管理体制新的发展方向应该重视政府、民间、市场三类管理和服务的组织发展,推动形成一个三分的体制架构。Sports management system regulates the setting of the administrative institution and the division of power.The traditional Chinese sport management has been established for a long time.In terms of the institution settings,it lacks institutional management.In terms of the division of power,the power is over-centralized in the government.And the management lacks rational institution.The new development orientation should give more importance to the development of the government,public and market and relative management and services to facilitate a triangle system.
