摘　　要：我国优秀女子马拉松选手白雪在2009年柏林世锦赛马拉松比赛中,以2小时25分15秒的成绩摘得金牌。本研究主要针对白雪在柏林世锦赛赛前训练内容、方法与手段、训练负荷安排进行研究。力图探寻马拉松项目赛前训练安排特征,并为我国马拉松运动员的赛前训练安排提供可借鉴的经验和相关的数据与理论支撑,进而促进我国女子马拉松事业的发展。Bai Xue,China＇s elite female marathon runner,won the gold medal in 2009 World Marathon Championship,Berlin,with 2 hours 25 minutes 15 seconds.This study mainly focuses on the training contents and methods of Bai Xue before the World Championship and tries to explore the characteristics of marathon training arrangement to provide supportive experience and data to China＇s athletes so as to promote the development of Chinese female marathon.
