摘　　要：目的探讨门诊注射室医院感染的管理与控制措施。方法分析注射室医院感染危险因素,采取相应的管理与控制措施。结果通过确立主控目标,遵守标准预防原则,做好人员、环境、物品的管理,规范洗手行为及预防针刺伤,注射室医院感染管理工作形成了制度化、规范化、系统化。结论加强注射室医院感染的管理与控制,不仅降低医院感染率,保护工作人员和患者的身心健康,还提高了护理质量和患者满意度。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effective methods for nosocomial infection management and control.METHODS The risk factors of hospital infection in outpatient injection room were analyzed and the corresponding measures of management and control were applied.RESULTS By means of establishing the main objectives to control infection,carrying out strictly standard prevention rules,doing a good job of management about persons,environments and objects,regulating handwashing actions and preventing needlestick injuries,the work of management to control hospital infection was standardized,regulated and systematized.CONCLUSIONS To strengthen the management and control of hospital infection can not only reduce the hospital infection rate and protect the mental health and body health of nurses and patients,but also improve the nursing quality and patient′s satisfaction.
