摘　　要：目的探讨设备管理在消毒供应中心的重要性,规范制定一系列措施保证设备安全运行从而保证灭菌质量达到快捷高效。方法落实设备管理制度及特种设备管理等制度,严格执行设备操作规程,分析设备运行中常见故障并实施对策,做好安全性教育及专职消毒员培训,制定设备运行中的应急预案等。结果在专业工程师的积极努力和帮助下保证了设备的安全运行,设备正常运行率99.61%,故障发生率占0.39%,设备台次完好率100.00%;无菌物品抽检合格率100.00%,各种物理监测、化学监测、生物监测均合格。结论加强消毒供应中心设备管理,有助于提高工作效率,有利于保证灭菌质量,保证医疗安全,延长设备使用寿命,具有十分重要的意义。OBJECTIVE To discuss the significance of equipment management in the disinfection and supply center and to draw up and adopt a series of measures to ensure the safe operation of equipment and to achieve fast and efficient sterilization.METHODS To implement the equipment management system and special equipment management system throngh strictly enforcing the equipment operation procedures;analyzing the common errors in the process of equipment operation and taking countermeasures;implementing safety education and staff training;developing contingency plans for emergencies,etc.RESULTS Through a series of measures implementing,the safe operation of the equipment had been achieved with the efforts and help of professional engineers;the normal operation rate reached 99.61%,the failure rate of equipment was 0.39%,the rate of equipment in good condition was 100.00% with the qualified rate of equipment installation.The completion of the tasks of the sterilization and the maintenance of high sterilization quality had been fully guaranteed.The pass rate of sterile sampling was 100.00%.Physical monitoring,chemical monitoring and biological monitoring all met the standard.CONCLUSIONS The improvement of the management of disinfection and supply center is of great significance because it helps to improve work efficiency,maintain the quality of sterilization,ensure medical safety and extend the lifespan of equipment.
