摘  要:目的探讨住院患者抗菌药物使用情况和细菌耐药性流行趋势的相关性,对临床合理应用抗菌药物提供依据。方法对医院住院患者2007-2008年抗菌药物的DDDs进行汇总、分类、排序,分析抗菌药物使用趋势;对同期临床分离的细菌的药敏监测数据进行统计,对相关数据进行分析比较。结果抗菌药物的应量逐年增加,其中环比增长较快的抗菌药物为第四代头孢菌素(93.34%)、碳青酶烯类(67.19%)和含酶抑制剂的β-内酰胺类(36.56%),而相应的细菌对其耐药率增长亦较快(平均耐药率增幅>5.00%);医院常见革兰阴性菌和革兰阳性菌多药耐药现象均较严重。结论细菌对抗菌药物的耐药率变化与抗菌药的DDDs变化存在相关性;DDDs值增长较快的抗菌药物,细菌对其产生耐药率增长亦较快。OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship of antibacterials use of hospitalized patient and bacterial drug resistance tendency,and to provide evidence for their rational use.METHODS The use of antibacterials in hospital during from 2007 to 2008 was evaluated by calculating DDDs,the information about bacterial resistance was statistically analyzed in the corresponding period.RESULTS The tendency of antibacterials used increased gradually year by year.The antibacterials with increasd quicken link relatives ratio were the fourth generation cephalosporins(93.34%),carbapenems(67.19%) and beta-lactams containing enzyme inhibitors(36.56%) as well the bacterial resistance ratio was higher elevated(mean5.00%).The isolated pathogenic bacteria manifested high resistance ratio to various antibacterials.The multidrug resistance in these clinical Gram-negative bacilli and Gram-positive bacteria was very common.CONCLUSION The bacterial resistance ratio is correlated with the antibacterial DDDs.The bacterial resistance ratio is higher elevated while the antibacterial DDDs rise quicker.
