摘 要:目的探讨西安地区儿童下呼吸道感染革兰阴性杆菌的病原菌构成比及耐药性。方法收集2006年1月-2008年12月从住院患儿下呼吸道分泌物分离的病原菌,药敏试验采用K-B法。结果从所送检的标本中检出病原菌300株,铜绿假单胞菌分离率占第1位(26.3%),肺炎克雷伯菌占第2位(22.4%);除流感嗜血菌对常用抗菌药物的敏感性较高外,其余革兰阴性杆菌均显示了不同程度的耐药性;产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌的检出率分别为40.2%、37.5%。结论医院检验科务必做好感染病原菌的动态监测,为临床医师合理使用抗菌药物提供科学依据。OBJECTIVE To study the constituent ratio and drug resistance of Gram-negative bacilli to draft preventive and control measures from children with lower respiratory tract infection in Xi′an area.METHODS Lower respiratory tract secretions were obtained from children with lower respiratory tract infection for bacterial culture from Jan 2005 to Dec 2008.The K-B method was applied for the antibiotic susceptibility test.RESULTS Totally 300 strains were isolated.The isolating rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(26.3%) was the highest,then was Klebsiella pneumoniae,accounted for 22.4%.Except for Haemophilus influenza,The other Gram-negative bacilli were resistant to the routine drugs in different degrees.The detection rate of extensive-spectrum beta-lactamases(ESBLs) producers in K.pneumoniae and Escherichia coli were 40.2% and 37.5%,respectively.CONCLUSIONS It is very necessary for clinical microbiology department hospital to monitor pathogens to provide the scientific evidence for clinical usage of the antibiotics.
