摘　　要：目的检测门静脉高压症(portal hypertension,PHT)患者外周血淋巴细胞中CD80/CD28的表达情况,分析其与患者淋巴细胞亚群以及免疫功能的关系。方法采用流式细胞分析技术对30例门静脉高压症患者和30例正常人进行研究,对两组人群外周血CD80/CD28和淋巴细胞进行检测。结果流式细胞仪检测显示门静脉高压症患者外周血T细胞的CD80、CD28表达明显下降,PHT患者CD4+、CD4+/CD8+以及CD19+细胞均低于正常对照,与正常人对照组相比差异均有显著性。结论 PHT患者外周血T细胞低表达CD80、CD28,不能有效激活其通路,导致免疫功能低下。【Objective】To investigate the express of costimuLatory molecuLes CD80/CD28 in PHT.【Methods】The express of CD80,CD28 was detected from the peripheral blood lymphocytes of 30 30 portal hypertension patients by flow cytometry,and 30 healthy volunteers were also detected.【Results】Compared with contrl,the expression of CD80 and CD28 in the peripheral blood lymphocytes were decreased,meanwhile the CD4 ^＋ T cells,CD4^ ＋ /CD8^ ＋ and CD19^ ＋ B cells in PHT patients were declined.【Conclusion】The expression of CD80 and CD28 in the peripheral blood lymphocytes with PHT patiens were low,and their pathway was not active so that the immunological function of PHT patients are decreased.
