摘　　要：目的建立荧光定量PCR技术用于检测肠道病毒EV71。方法临床诊断或疑似为手足口病病例的咽拭子或肛拭子387份,采用荧光定量PCR技术检测EV71病毒的感染情况。结果 EV71病毒的感染率为50.90%。年龄为2个月～6岁,其中,男性为231例,感染率为51.95%(120/231);女性为156例,感染率为49.36%(77/156),最小感染者5个月,最大感染者6岁。结论实时荧光定量PCR技术可用于肠道病毒EV71的检测,有利于感染者的早发现并对患者治疗提供依据。【Objective】To establish fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction（PCR） technology for detection intestinal EV71 virus.【Methods】Clinical diagnosis or suspected of hand-foot-and-mouth disease cases of swabs or rectal swab,using quantitative fluorescence 387 PCR detection EV71 virus infection.【Results】The infection EV71 virus for 50.90%.Age for 2 months-6 years,including,for example,men 51.95% 231 infection（120 /231）,For example,women 49.36% for 156 infection（77）,minimum 156 /5 months,most people infected 6 years old.【Conclusion】real-time PCR technology can be used for quantitative fluorescence detection of intestinal EV71 virus,infection of early detection and treatment of patients.
