摘　　要：把以人为本作为建设中国特色社会主义的一个基本原则,有着强烈的针对性。中国特色社会主义始终应当把"人"而不是"物"作为出发点和落脚点;应把以人为本正确地理解成"以满足人的整体需求为本";把以人为本具体化为"以人的劳动为本";坚持人的尺度,把建设中国特色社会主义的过程变成按照人的正确的价值取向重建人与自然相互关系的过程。'Man the priority' as a basic principle in building socialism with Chinese characteristics is extremely pertinent. Socialism with Chinese characteristics should always take 'man' rather than 'matter' as the starting point and as the ultimate goal; 'man the priority' means 'the priority is to satisfy man’s whole requirements' and specifically, 'priority on man’s labor'. Treating man as the measure, the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics thus turns out to be the process of rebuilding the relations between man and nature according to man ’s correct values.
