摘 要:针对基层供电公司采用瓦秒法现场检验单相电能表运行状况存在自带负载功率过小、接线错误及误解瓦秒法的检测结果含义等问题。本文在介绍瓦秒法原理的基础上,根据《电能计量装置技术管理规程》提出了自带负载的电流必须大于电能表标定电流的5%的建议;分析了自带负载各种接线方式的实质,得出自带负载必须接在电能表出线侧的结论;指出瓦秒法检测结果只反映电能表本身的运行误差,而不能反映电能表的接线误差。Aiming at the problems of Watt-second method is used in checking the condition of a single-phase electric meter on spot by the grass-roots companies of power supply. It' s shown below, the self-taking power load used is too thin, its wiring mode is wrong ortends to amistaken conclusionfromthe checkingresuhs of Watt-second method, and so on. This paperfirstlyintroduced principles of Watt-second method, then proposed the suggestions that the current of self-taking load must be 5% greater than the calibrating current of the meter based on the technical management rules for electric energy metering device. Thirdly, the paper came to a conclusion that self-taking load must be linked to the outlet side of the meter, after analyzing the substances of various kindsofself-taking-loadwiringmodes, andlastly, pointed out that the results from Watt-second method only reflect the error from the meter, rather than from wiring modes.
