摘 要:实验证明在pH1.0的HCl-KCl酸性介质中Mn(Ⅱ)阻抑Fe(Ⅲ)催化NaIO4氧化甲苯胺蓝(ToluidineblueC15H16CIN3S)褪色反应是一个新的阻抑反应体系,其阻抑作用和催化反应的速率差与Mn(Ⅱ)含量有线性关系。速率差通过体系在622nm波长处吸光度值的变化求得,从而建立了利用阻抑反应测定Mn(Ⅱ)的新方法。该方法用于井水和自来水中Mn(Ⅱ)测定,获得满意结果。In this paper it is has been proved that in acidicmedia the Mn(Ⅱ) can inhibit the fading reaction of NaIO 4 oxidizing Toluidine blue catalyzed by Fe(Ⅲ),which is new inhibition reaction system,There is a linear correlation between the rate-difference of inhibition and catalization and the content of Mn(Ⅱ).The rate-difference can be determined by measuring the absorbance at 622nm. Based on the inhibition reaction the new method for determining Mn(Ⅱ) was established and it has been used to determine the Mn(Ⅱ) in tap water and well water,the results are satisfied.
