摘　　要：本文从卫生适宜技术推广入手,探讨医疗卫生机构的双重性与伦理价值取向的关系、卫生适宜技术推广的困境和对策,旨在进一步提高卫生适宜技术推广的能力和成效,为深入开展我国农村卫生适宜技术推广应用提供参考。The paper discussed the relation between the dualism of the medical and health institutions＇ task and ethical value orientation,the plight and countermeasures of appropriate health technology promotion from the point of the health promotion of appropriate technology to further improve the ability and effectiveness of technical popularization,so that to provide a reference for the development of the appropriate health technology in China.
