南宁市男男性接触者艾滋病相关知识与行为以及性病艾滋病感染情况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解南宁市男男性行为者(MSM)人群的行为学特征,掌握艾滋病、性病在男男性行为人群中的流行情况,为南宁市MSM人群艾滋病、性病的健康促进工作提供科学依据。[方法]采取"滚雪球"方式招募对象,问卷采取匿名的方式,由培训后的工作人员询问情况后当场填写,问卷当场收回,同时采集5ml静脉血。[结果]469名被调查对象艾滋病相关知识知晓率普遍较高,总体知识知晓率为97.65%。最近6个月与男性发生肛交行为时安全套从不使用和每次均用的比率分别为7.23%和44.10%,最近1次与男性肛交安全套使用率为74.46%。50.53%过去1年曾主动检测过HIV抗体。12.58%最近1年出现过性病相关症状。HIV抗体阳性率为1.71%,梅毒阳性率为10.66%,丙肝抗体阳性率为0.64%。[结论]南宁市男男性行为者相关知识知晓率较高安全套使用率不高,性传播疾病的感染率较高,应采取措施进一步遏制男男性行为人群中的性传播疾病与艾滋病蔓延。[Objective] To understand behaviors characteristics,master the epidemiologic situation among men who have sex with men（MSM）,so as to provide the scientific reference for preventing STI and HIV/AIDS among MSM group.[Methods] Based on a snowball model,we surveyed on MSM with a anonymous model,and investigated by trained investigators and collected on field.At the same time,we taken 5ml venous blood of MSM.[Results] The high rate on the understand of HIV/AIDS knowledge among 469 MSMs showed to be high with the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge of 97.65%.The rate of noncondom use and condom use in every anal sex with male in the latest 6 months were 7.23% and 44.10%,respectively.74.46% of MSMs used condom in their last anal sex with male.50.53% of MSMs performed active detection anti-HIV in the past year.12.58% of MSMs had the appearance of STD symptoms in recent year.1.71% of the MSMs had a positive result on anti-HIV testing.10.66% of MSMs had a positive result on syphilis testing.0.64% of MSMs had a positive result on anti-HCV testing.[Conclusion] The condom use rate of MSM was low in Nanning.The infection rate of STD presented high.We should take various measures to reduce the STD infection and the spread of HIV in the MSM.
