摘  要:以Ansys软件为工具,引入接触非线性有限元法,介绍了160t铁路救援起重机八边形吊臂在承受最大力矩时2种材料滑块的应力计算过程。分析了由于长度变化引起的滑块面积变化对滑块受力的影响状况,最后得出了有价值的结论,为铁路救援起重机制造过程中滑块的选型提供了参考。Using the Ansys software as the tool,and adopting the contact nonlinear finite element method,this paper introduces the stress calculating process for the two kinds of slide blocks made of different material when the octagon boom of the 160 t railway rescue crane is under maxium torque. The effect of the slide block's stressing exerted by the change of the slide block's area caused by the length change is analyzed and the valuable conclusion has been drawn at last,thus to provide reference for selection of the slide block during the manufacturing of the railway rescue crane.
