摘　　要：哈尔滨地铁一号线项目的启动,改变城市交通体系的同时带动了周边环境的建设。本文从城市设计角度出发,探讨城市设计先行的重要性,并针对项目建设提出了相关城市设计内容。The start of Line One of Harbin Subway has changed the urban transport system,and promoted the construction of the surrounding environment at the same time.This article analyzes the importance of Urban Design first from the perspective of urban design,and provides Urban Design-related content for the construction of the project.
