真空预压施工对周边建筑影响的控制

摘　　要：结合真空预压工程实例,分析了真空预压对周围建筑物的影响及所需采取的防护措施。提出了采用打设水泥搅拌桩、堆载和回灌水三种防护措施结合来降低真空预压对周边建筑物环境的影响。当水泥搅拌桩未形成有效防护时,堆载和回灌水相结合的方法可以有效地降低真空预压对周围建筑物的影响。Combined with specific engineering,this paper analyzes the effect of vacuum preloading on the surrounding buildings and necessary preventive measures.Three preventive measures just as cement-soil mixed piles,heap loading and recharge water are provided in the paper in order to reduce the impact of vacuum preloading on surrounding buildings.When the impact of cement-soil mixed piles is invalid,heap loading and recharge water can effectively reduce the vacuum preloading effect on the surrounding buildings.
