摘 要:水泥搅拌土植入工形钢筋混凝土桩围护技术在深基坑中应用时需要接桩,如何确保搅拌后的水泥土在接桩至沉桩完毕的时间内不凝结,是需要探讨的问题。本研究通过室内实验,用水泥凝结时间测定仪作为一个相对的标准,测试了掺入膨润土和蔗糖缓凝剂的水泥土的凝结时间,并考察了缓凝剂掺入量对水泥土无侧限抗压强度的影响,从而确定了合理的配比参数,在杭州经济技术开发区C4-3-9号地块粉砂土层的围护技术施工应用中得到了验证。When it is used in deep foundation,foundation pit support technology that implants I-shaped reinforced concrete pile after cement mixes with soil needs to joint pile.The mixed soil cement should not develop to solidification after the joint and press of pile.This research tested the setting time of soil cement which contained bentonite and sucrose retarder,and the cement setting time test instrument was used as the relative standard.The effect of sucrose retarder content on the cement soil's unconfined compressive strength was investigated.The reasonable proportional parameters were identified.The test results was verified in the project of Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone C4-3-9 Block foundation support which contains silt sand.
