不同杨树品系还原糖含量与青杨天牛危害的关系

摘　　要：利用3,5-二硝基水杨酸比色法测定迎春5号、1344、银中杨、小黑14和施×斯韧皮部和木质部的还原糖含量。结果表明:不同杨树品系韧皮部还原糖含量之间的差异性不显著(P>0.05),而木质部还原糖含量在健康和被害两种情况下的差异性都显著(P<0.05)。被害韧皮部的还原糖含量与被害率有较强正相关性。The reducing sugar content in the phloem and xylem of Populus ＇Zhonglin Sanbei 1＇,P. deltoidis×P. catyana CL.＇1344＇,P. alba×P. berolinensis,P. Xiaohei CL. ＇14＇ and P. Stalinetz×P. vernirniubens was analyzed by 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid colormietry. Results showed that there was not prominence in the contents of reducing sugar of phloem in the different poplar strains（P0.05）,but a significant difference was found in the contents of reducing sugar of the healthy and damaged xylem（P0.05）. There was strong plus correlation between the contents of reducing sugar of damage phloem and the percentage of infestation.
