摘  要:设计了可进行实时检测与故障报警的可重构气动单向阻车器,上平车场处于可靠单向常闭状态。矿车正常下行时,必须按下气阀气动打开阻车器,车体驶过松开气阀,气缸自动复位,阻车器在重力的作用下迅速回位;矿车上行时,车体压下车挡,顺利通过,矿车驶离迅速恢复常闭;发生溜车时,自动阻车;当车挡被外物压下或由于自身原因使阻车器处于开态时迅速报警。该型阻车器具有可靠性高、成本低等显著优点。The design can be real-time detection and fault alarm refactoring pneumatic one-way car stop, so that a reliable one-way on the flat parking lot at the regular closed state. Tramcar down to normal, you must press the pneumatic valve to open car stop, the vehicle drove through the release valve, cylinder automatic reset, car stop in the gravity force and rapid recovery under NC state; tub on the row, body depressed car block, pass, tramcar left the speedy resumption of regular closed; place slide vehicle, auto-blocking car; when the car was blocked in the material depressed or because their own reasons to make car stop in the open-state prompt reporting to police. This type of car stop with high reliability and low cost significant advantages.
