摘　　要：煤矿带式输送机集控系统是模拟煤矿实际生产过程的带式输送机运输系统,该系统既可以实现远程控制,又可以实现就地控制;既可以实现温度、电压、电流、速度、跑偏、撕裂、堆煤等状态的实时监测,又可以实现各种故障保护;系统采用西门子S7-200 PLC实现系统监测与控制,并且用组态王软件实现上位机对生产过程的远程监控。Coal mine belt conveyor control system is the coal belt transport system simulated actual production process. The system can not only be remote controlled, but it also can be local controlled; it can achieve the real-time monitoring of the temperature, voltage, current, speed, deviation, tear, sand and so on, and it also can achieve a variety of fault protection. The project use Siemens S7-200 PLC to achieve system monitoring and control. And use configuration software for remote monitoring of the production process.
