谷精草中药煎剂的皮肤毒理学试验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究谷精草中药煎剂和评价谷精草的安全性。方法:应用谷精草中药煎剂对家兔和豚鼠进行皮肤用药急性毒性实验和皮肤过敏性实验,观察家兔的体重变化以及豚鼠的皮肤反应等。结果:家兔的行为活动、皮毛光泽度、饮食均无变化。观察结束时,各组家兔体重的增长差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);谷精草制剂对豚鼠的皮肤无致敏性。结论:谷精草中药煎剂对皮肤无刺激性和无致敏性,外用安全可靠。Objective： To investigate the preparation of Decoction of Scapus Eriocauli, and evaluate its safety. Method： Acute dermato -toxicity test and dermato -allergic reaction were put into practice on rabbits and guinea pigs. The change of the rabbits＇ weight and the guinea pigs＇ skin reaction were measured and observed. Result： The behavioral activity, the glossiness of skin and the diet of the rabbits were unchanged. And there was not a statistically significant difference on the variances of the rabbits＇ weight among the three groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Decoction of Scapus Eriocauli had no sensitization to the skin of guinea pigs. Conclusion： Decoction of Scapus Eriocauli has no irritation and sensitization to skin. It shows good safety in external use.
