摘　　要：研究了枯草芽孢杆菌对草鱼生长性能的影响,试验组饲喂添加1 000、1 500、2 000、2 500mg/kg枯草芽孢杆菌的试验饲料,经过70天的池塘网箱养殖试验,结果表明:与基础饲料对照组相比,添加枯草芽孢杆菌能够提高草鱼的特定生长率,降低饵料系数,其中2 000mg/kg组与对照组相比差异显著。除2 500mg/kg组外,其余试验组蛋白质沉积率均高于对照组,脂肪沉积率均显著高于对照组,尤以2 000mg/kg组蛋白质、脂肪沉积率最高。Effect of Bacillus subtilis on growth performance of grass carps was studied. The experimental groups were fed on experimental feeds with additive of 1 000, 1 500, 2 000 and 2 500 mg/kg Bacillus subtilis, and the cultivation ex- periment was carried out in pond mesh cage for 70 d. the results indicated that in comparison with the control group fed on basal feeds, the addition of Bacillus subtilis could increase the specific growth rate of grass carps and decrease the conversion rate of feeds, of which the group of 2 000 mg/kg was significantly different in comparison with the control group. Except the group of 2 500 mg/kg, the protein deposition rate in other experimental groups was all higher than that in the control group, and the fat deposition rate was all significantly higher than that in the control group, especially in the group of 2 000 mg/kg, the protein and fat deposition rates were the highest.
