摘 要:脉冲放电可造成生物细胞损伤.通过对比脉冲放电处理前后铜绿微囊藻细胞超微结构以及处理后藻细胞超微结构的恢复情况,从生物学角度阐述脉冲放电灭活铜绿微囊藻细胞的机理.实验结果表明,脉冲放电处理后,绝大多数铜绿微囊藻细胞外表面被破坏,出现电穿孔,细胞内含物也受到不同程度的损伤;少数细胞虽细胞外围结构完整,但细胞内含物受到破坏;处理后放置培养至第3天的藻细胞受损伤程度加重,细胞因不能自身修复而死亡.Pulsed discharge can result in the damage of biological cells.The mechanism of the inactivation of Microcystis aeruginosa cells was elaborated by comparing the change in the ultrastructure of M.aeruginosa cells before and after pulsed discharge treatment and the recovery of damaged M.aeruginosa cells.Experimental results showed the external ultrastructures of most of M.aeruginosa cells were changed,pores occurred and the intracellular inclusions of cells were destroyed in different degrees.The intracellular inclusions of few cells were damaged,to a great extent,though the external ultrastructures of M.aeruginosa cells were very well.The damaged extent of M.aeruginosa cells was serious and died for irreversible injury at the end of third day during of storage.
